Huizenstede maakt op mij een betrouwbare, ervaren en ter zake kundige indruk. Wat ik erg prettig vind is de integere manier van omgang met klant: er wordt goed geluisterd naar wensen. Kortom zeer prettig!

De zeer grote kennis van Huizenstede van de lokale markt heeft ons de juiste keuzes doen maken. Doortastend handelen en snelle communicatie resulteerde in een significant scherpere prijs. Eerdere ervaringen waren vergelijkbaar. Ik zou Huizenstede dan ook zeker aanbevelen.

Onze makelaar was geweldig. Ze hielpen ons met alles en wezen ons op belangrijke aspecten. In het hele zoekproces zijn er dingen gebeurd waar ze ons ontzettend goed en snel mee hebben geholpen. Ze handelden snel en waren echt in ons belang. Bepaalde dingen had ik zelf niet zo goed gekund. Erg kundig!!

As a foreigner and buying my very first property in the Netherlands, I was not very familiar with the process and rules specific to the Dutch housing market, but the Huizenstede Makelaars agents explained everything to me very clearly and kept me well informed at every step. They made an effort to understand my needs and criteria and helped me find the best matching offers. They accompanied me at the viewings and asked questions and pointed out details that I myself would have missed, had I been there alone. They helped me clearly see both specific advantages and disadvantages of the properties and finally helped me put the winning bid and close the deal on my perfect match. Afterwards they guided me through the remaining steps including the arrangements with the notary etc. and helped me figure out the right timeline wrt mortgage. The service is worth the money here: what I paid for the fee, I saved on the apartment, i.e. I believe that without the guidance from Huizenstede Makelaars I would have overpaid. Plus they saved me a lot of time, effort and stress by managing all the meetings and communication with the selling agents and owners. Overall 10/10 for the whole team, no complaints, only praises from my side as a very satisfied customer.
