With floor heating which also cools during the warmer months there is both a high degree of comfort as well as surprisingly low energy consumption meaning the cost of utilities (only electricity and water) is at a minimum. There is an open lounge, 2 bedrooms, a good sized bathroom and a spacious balcony. Combined with a lively neighborhood it is a great place from which to discover the city. The apartment is not suitable for: - Flat sharing; - Students; - Guarantor backed persons. Layout The communal entrance connects to a corridor where the elevator is found. The apartment itself is situated on the fourth floor. When entering the apartment there is a coatrack to the right and the space flows into the open lounge and kitchen area. A designated parking spot in the underground garage can be rented for an additional monthly charge. Separate from the apartment, there is no storage unit available. Area information The neighborhood has a mainly residential character but has lots on offer as well. It is a so-called 'urban sport zone' which is best described as a public sports facility providing the opportunity for a range of sports such as football pitches, basketball courts, running tracks, padel courts and more. Directly around the corner there is a supermarket as well as some restaurants and convenience shops. When needing public transport, tram no. 26 has a stop nearby and connects to the Central Station in about 15 minutes as well as bus no. 37 to the nearby Muiderpoort Station. With a car, the A10 ring highway is reached in minutes to get to other parts of the city and beyond.
