Welcome to our spacious, light-filled and characterful family home in green Amsterdam Noord, perfect for expats, families or digital nomads looking for a comfortable home away from home. Our 140 m2 house is warm, colourful and full of plants, with a large private garden and plenty of space to live, work and relax. The ground floor has a spacious living area, open kitchen and scullery, opening onto the garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor offers a dedicated workspace, a separate TV/lounge area and a sunny roof terrace, ideal if you work from home. The house is fully furnished and equipped for everyday life, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, piano, record player, childrens toys, BBQ and everything you need to simply move in and feel at home. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and family-friendly, while Amsterdam city centre is still close: around 15 minutes by bike. About our lovely Oni ?? Oni is our sweet and very independent cat, who normally lives in the house. She has an automatic feeder and water fountain, and her litter box needs refreshing once a week. We’d love for her to stay in her familiar home with people who enjoy having a cat around, but this is absolutely something we can discuss. If you’d rather not be responsible for her care, we can arrange for our neighbours — who already know and love her — to look after her. We can also increase the cleaning service to weekly, so her litter box and basic care are taken care of as well. And if having a resident cat simply doesn’t work for you, we can discuss having her stay elsewhere. Most important to us is that Oni is happy, gets some love and attention, and that you feel completely at home here too. So please reach out and let’s find what works best. :) This is our much-loved family home rather than an investment property, and we’re looking for someone who will enjoy living here and treat it as their own during their stay.
