Type XL and royal are also suitable for three or four people • Only available for temporary accommodation of one to 12 months (based on "short-stay" rentals as defined in Article 7:232, paragraph 2 of the Dutch Civil Code) • Not available for permanent occupancy • Pets are not allowed. • A deposit equal to one month's rent is required for these apartments. • One-time start-up fee: €250 (at the start of the lease). The landlord does not have an income requirement, but a (joint) gross monthly income of around €4,000-€5,000 is desired. The selected (prospective) tenant(s) will be screened before a Short Stay agreement can be concluded.
