From the private jetty, the Loosdrechtse Plassen and the Vecht can be reached directly and quickly by sloop, canoe, or motorboat.
On the other side of the house and the Nieuw Loosdrechtsedijk, use can be made of a private harbor and a private sunbathing lawn with swimming ladder, which is located on the 4th lake.
The house is centrally located near Amsterdam and Utrecht and the Breukelen railway station. Besides the peace, space, water and greenery, there is plenty to do in Loosdrecht.
