After this period, it is still possible to register for the (remaining) available units as a reserve candidate.

• The website currently states that pets are not allowed, but good news! In Orchard I, your loyal four-legged friend is very welcome, as long as it does not cause any nuisance.
• The income requirements are not yet listed on the website, but don’t worry—you will receive them by email after responding via Funda. The guideline is a gross income of three times the basic rent. For mid-range rental, there is also a maximum income limit.
• Finally, rest assured: there are no registration fees. Signing up is completely free, and you only make your first payment at the start of your rental period, after signing the lease agreement.
