-Students are therefore not eligible;
-The landlord charges a one-time administrative fee of €75;
-The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
Minimum Rental Period
The apartment is available immediately. The rental contract will begin as soon as possible after the viewing. The lease is for a minimum of 12 months. Termination during the first 12 months is not allowed. After this period, a one-month notice applies.
