When sales start, all documents, such as the final price list, will be posted on the website and you can register for the construction numbers of your choice. More information will be available when sales start, around February 2026. Construction is expected to start in August 2026.
MiGOTO apartments
The great thing about living in the MiGOTO building is that all eight apartments have space on both sides to relax outside! MiGOTO types C and D are located on the second to fourth floors. This four-room apartment is approximately 90 m² or 93 m² in size and offers everything you need. The large glass front with French doors to the loggia provides plenty of light. The loggia is approximately 11 m² (type C) / 12.5 m² (type D) and faces southeast, making it a pleasant place to relax.
And as mentioned, you also have a nice spot on the other side to enjoy the outdoors. From the azobé wood gallery, you can look out over the beautiful green courtyard garden while enjoying a cup of coffee. This apartment also has three bedrooms/studies, a bathroom, toilet, and laundry/utility room. The difference between MiGOTO type C and D is that type C is located on the corner, giving this type of home extra windows in the side wall.

Price ranges for MiGOTO apartments
The guide prices for MiGOTO apartments range from approximately €815,000 to €902,000 (costs payable by the buyer), excluding ground rent, parking, and service charges.
Perpetual ground rent (General Provisions 2016, Municipality of Amsterdam) applies. There is a choice between paying an annual ground rent (guide price between approximately €7,000 and €10,000 per year) or opting for perpetual redemption.
Each home can have a parking space if desired. The monthly rent for a resident's subscription is approximately €255 per month (current price level).
The homes are subject to the owner-occupancy requirement established by the municipality for new-build owner-occupied homes. The homes may only be occupied by the owner. There are a few exceptions, including renting to a first-degree relative, such as a partner or children.
