Hibi A home where everything comes together The sale of 20 owner-occupied homes in Hibi will start soon. MiGOTO apartments The great thing about living in the MiGOTO building is that all eight apartments have space on both sides to relax outside! There is a choice between paying an annual ground rent (guide price between approximately €7,000 and €10,000 per year) or opting for perpetual redemption. Each home can have a parking space if desired. The monthly rent for a resident's subscription is approximately €255 per month (current price level). The homes are subject to the owner-occupancy requirement established by the municipality for new-build owner-occupied homes. The homes may only be occupied by the owner. There are a few exceptions, including renting to a first-degree relative, such as a partner or children.
