We offer several garage boxes and parking spaces on the Zevenhuizerlaan in the center of Heiloo. These garage boxes and parking spaces will become available in phases. The images show one of these garage boxes, in combination with the 18 parking spaces and the grounds. The garage box is approx. 18 m² and the up-and-over door measures approx. 2.45 x 2.22 m. These dimensions of the garage boxes are indicative and may vary per box. There is no electricity available in the garage boxes. The access road to the garage boxes and parking spaces is a shared, jointly owned property (mandelig terrein). This means that upon purchase, you acquire both a cadastral plot number (garage or parking space) and a share in the joint property. A joint property means that the parcel is co-owned by all owners of the garage boxes and parking spaces. It serves a common purpose and is inextricably linked to the garages and parking spaces. Every owner has a share in this property and the right to use it together with the other shareholders. Maintenance and any associated costs are also shared by mutual agreement. The sold plot still needs to be cadastrally created and surveyed. The stated plot size is therefore indicative. The costs for the cadastral survey/plot division will be shared equally between the buyer and the seller (50/50).
