LIVING IN THE FORMER MILL LANDSCAPE OF ZAANDAM The former Holleman-Schoen business park in Zaandam - where mills used to stand - is undergoing a major makeover: it is being transformed into a multifunctional hub where living plays the leading role. From mid-May 2024, 106 rental apartments will be built at the former Schoen location for the Rochdale housing association.
