LIVING IN THE FORMER MILL LANDSCAPE OF ZAANDAM
The former Holleman-Schoen industrial estate in Zaandam – where mills used to be – is undergoing a major makeover: it is being transformed into a multifunctional hub where living plays the leading role. From mid-May 2024, 106 rental apartments will be built on the former Schoen location for housing corporation Rochdale.
At the Holleman location, we will start building De Paltrok Blok H (82 owner-occupied apartments), De Paltrok Blok E (15 owner-occupied apartments) and De Paltrok Blok F (35 owner-occupied apartments) in 2025. The sale of the apartments will start with Blok H. After that, it will be the turn of Blok E and Blok F. There will also be a beautiful commercial space, for offices, practices and/or other applications in the service sector.
