I would not recommend this agent.
Waarom wij het slecht vonden: kennis over prijzen garages zijn niet gekend, men wist niet dat het mogelijk was om de woning te verhuren, afspraken werden niet nagekomen, je moet zelf continu overal achteraan gaan, kandidaat kopers worden niet gepolst, communicatie verliep zeer slecht, enkel het begingesprek liep goed, soms werden bezichtigingen niet door gegeven, makelaar kwam geregeld te laat op de bezichtiging, het huis werd onvolledig op Funda gezet, je kon de woning niet vinden als je zocht op tuin, makelaar kwam niet voorbereid op de bezichtigingen (geen folders, zeer vermoeid,...) , men vergat een Te Koop bord te plaatsen (zelfs niet nadat we er een paar keer achter vroegen)
