The ship is located on a beautiful spot on the Levantkade with a wide view over the water of the Ertshaven. The steel ship of 39 meters long and 5.08 meters wide was built in 1954. In 2017, the boat was completely rebuilt into a wonderfully light, spacious and practical living ship with high-quality materials without losing sight of the character of the ship.

There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, together with a large open living space, high-end kitchen with great views and lots of deck space with multiple terraces!

Entrance from the dock on Levantkade, entrance with spacious hallway towards the living and kitchen on the upstairs level.

The luxurious kitchen is situated at the backside of the ship and can be entered directly from the deck as well. The kitchen has been equipped with all modern, built-in appliances.
At the backside, the dining area is created with opening glass doors to an extra outside space with a wonderful view over the water.

The living room below the deck has a very comfortable and peaceful atmosphere and is provided with gas fireplace, television and large sofa.
From the living room you have many smaller windows that give a view over the water.
Furthermore, there is a Sonos sound system installed throughout the ship.

At the backside of the ship, there is a full master suite created with a comfortable double bed, television, luxury bathroom with bathtub (jacuzzi), walk-in shower, double washbasin and a large walk-in closet.
Next to the bathroom there is a separate toilet and extra storage space.

Towards the front of the ship, there are two more bedrooms and another bathroom.

The first bedroom is a multifunctional space with a folding bed (2 persons), built-in wardrobe space and built-in washbasin.
The other bedroom ‘Sky View Room’ is provided with a high bed with sky light from where you can enjoy the sky/stars. This bedroom is also provided with its own shower and separated toilet.

From the hallway you can also reach the separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs on the deck you have a fantastic view over the water and can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the IJ-river. There are multiple terraces created on the deck, all with its own great features.
There is a possibility to dock your own boat next to the ship.

Location and accessibility:
Within walking distance to shopping mall Brazil (including Albert Heijn and Jumbo supermarket, Estafette, fish shop and pharmacy), schools, cafes, caterers, home shops such as Pol's Potten and Sissy Boy Homeland, gyms, art galleries, wine and book shops, Lloyd Hotel, Club Panama and many restaurants such as Café De Zuid, Pata Negra and HappyHappyJoyJoy.
For watersport lovers, there is a marina and a sailing school nearby.

By bicycle it is only 10 minutes to the center or Central Station.
Tram 10, 26 and bus 48 take you in a few minutes to the center and bus 65 brings you directly to Amsterdam South. With the Oostveer ferry you have a fast and free connection to Amsterdam Noord. The A10 ring road is only a few minutes away by car via the Piet Hein tunnel.
