Excellent "makelaar". Els was recommended to me by a friend, and I cannot be happier about the choice I made, deciding to work with her. She is extremely proactive, responsive, responsible for her work, and communicative. I always felt with her that everything is under control during all the phases, looking for houses, viewings, offering and purchasing.
From the very first moment I realized about her vast experience as a "makelaar" in this market, her knowledge on the region and the kind of houses on different neighborhoods of Eindhoven and its surroundings, what was very useful to prepare the offer strategy.
She has a very well trained critical eye, and goes to the house viewings looking for possible defects or issues. She does not hesitate to ask the selling part all kind of relevant inquiring questions to gather as much information as possible. Also, she gave me some rough indications about estimated expenses for certain renovations while viewing houses, what helped much to take good decisions. Clearly, her only interest is to satisfy her customer, and she makes sure that decisions are taken rationally, and not emotionally.
It has been my first and only buying experience. Although I do not have other personal experiences to compare, I cannot think on anything that could have gone better. She is really a 10/10. Very professional, proactive and goes the extra mile. Definitively, fully recommended.
