I have used the Gravestate agency twice in 3 years. I absolutely love their way of working. They are extremely competent, as soon as they step into a house they can immediately tell pros and cons, points of attention and the real market value of the property. They are pragmatic and objective focused, great in negotiation and in pushing the other party, they really drive the outcome. Extremely good interaction and communication (also in English), they always timely reply to contact via any means (email, phone, whatsapp...) and even late in the evening. Definitely a great agency that I recommend to anyone. I would surely use their services again!
