Not only in color, but also in size. Watching a movie after dinner? There is a passage to the private cinema, it is only a few steps to the next room. Wooden herringbone floors, paneling, gold-plated niches and marble fireplaces; You will find it all in this house, but the most awe-inspiring and at the same time modest remnant of earlier times is a mural with people, animal figures and a landscape dating from 1535 on the floor of the front house, in what now functions as a master bedroom. The adjoining bathroom consists of two parts; a freestanding bath by Philippe Starck, stained glass windows and the presence of patio doors to a balcony characterize one part. A few steps down is a luxurious marble shower room. There are also two wardrobe / dressing rooms with plenty of closet space on this floor, plus a separate toilet.
The second floor consists of a spacious landing, four (sleeping) rooms, a second bathroom and a separate toilet. A balcony and a generous terrace form the outdoor areas, from which you have a spectacular view of the city. One staircase up, the attic extends twenty meters long over the entire building. You will find several spaces, including a photo lab.
The city garden annex courtyard has a Mediterranean look with white walls. Ivy gives it a green touch and on long summer evenings you can light a cozy fire in the outdoor fireplace.
