FEATURES • All apartments have a high-quality PVC floor • All interior walls are finished with renovlies wallpaper • All homes have a fully finished bathroom and sanitary facilities, including tiling • All homes have their own outdoor space • Minimum rental period of one year RENTAL CONDITIONS / ALLOCATION For the private-sector rental homes, the following applies: • Single-person household: minimum gross income of 3 times the basic rent • Two-person household: minimum gross income of 3.5 times the basic rent (both incomes count at 100%) SHARING A HOME Sharing a home is permitted, provided the home is suitable for this: • Two full-sized bedrooms • Each bedroom must be large enough to accommodate a double bed Both tenants: • Sign the tenancy agreement • Are jointly and severally liable • Must meet the same rental requirements If one tenant terminates the tenancy agreement, no assistance will be provided in finding a new co-tenant.
