Leasing Coming Soon!
In the heart of the renewed Osdorpplein, four new residential buildings are rising, offering a total of 281 rental apartments: modern, bright, energy-efficient, and designed for people who want to combine city life with peace and greenery. The apartments will be delivered move-in ready—just bring your own furniture, and the enjoyment can begin!
These homes are part of MIX Amsterdam — the transformation of Osdorpplein into a vibrant urban destination where living, retail, hospitality, and culture come together. A place that attracts 13 million visitors annually and is developing into the new heart of Osdorp: as large as a city, as warm as a neighborhood.
The four buildings — ELM, PINE, HAZEL, and CEDAR — are arranged around a large green courtyard garden, which serves as a shared backyard for all residents. A peaceful place to relax, connect, or simply catch your breath, right in the middle of urban life.
The 281 rental apartments are divided into the following four types:
• 1-bedroom apartments: approx. 48 m² (mid-range rental)
• 2-bedroom apartments: approx. 50–84 m² (free sector)
• 3-bedroom apartments: approx. 80–116 m² (free sector)
• Specials:
> Penthouses with views over the city and the Sloterplas
> Duplex apartments, two-level homes with a private entrance
> Apartments with large roof terraces of up to 36 m²
Leasing of the first phase is expected to start in February 2026. Register now via the project website so we can keep you informed.
