At MIX Amsterdam, the apartments are delivered ready to move in. The PVC flooring is already installed, the walls are finished with renovlies wallpaper, and the bathroom is fully completed. All that is missing is your own furniture. After receiving the keys, you can quickly turn your new apartment into a home. MIX Amsterdam is located in the heart of the renewed Osdorpplein: a vibrant urban environment where living, shopping, dining and culture come together. At the same time, you live around a large green courtyard that feels like a shared backyard for residents. A place to relax, meet others or simply enjoy some peace and quiet. With a variety of apartment types and living areas, MIX Amsterdam offers a suitable home for a wide range of housing preferences. From comfortable apartments with two or three bedrooms to special homes with additional space, a large rooftop terrace or views over the city and Sloterplas. There are also two-storey maisonettes on the ground floor, located along the future Nieuwe Osdorpergracht, like the show apartment. All homes also have their own outdoor space. Every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., you are very welcome to visit the show apartment at Nieuwe Osdorpergracht 190. Here, you can get more information and it is also the starting point for exploring the green courtyard. FEATURES • All apartments have a high-quality PVC floor • All interior walls are finished with renovlies wallpaper • All homes have a fully finished bathroom and sanitary facilities, including tiling • All homes have their own outdoor space • Minimum rental period of one year RENTAL CONDITIONS / ALLOCATION For the private-sector rental homes, the following applies: • Single-person household: minimum gross income of 3 times the basic rent • Two-person household: minimum gross income of 3.5 times the basic rent (both incomes count at 100%) SHARING A HOME Sharing a home is permitted, provided the home is suitable for this: • Two full-sized bedrooms • Each bedroom must be large enough to accommodate a double bed Both tenants: • Sign the tenancy agreement • Are jointly and severally liable • Must meet the same rental requirements If one tenant terminates the tenancy agreement, no assistance will be provided in finding a new co-tenant.
