Wij waren huizen aan het bekijken en hadden nog geen makelaar. Toen zijn wij Jeroen tegen gekomen bij een bezichtiging en waren onmiddelijk onder de indruk. We hebben daarna een prettig intake gesprek met hem gehad, waarbij hij alle tijd heeft genomen om de mogelijkheden met ons door te nemen. Wij hebben uiteindelijk voor zowel het kopen als verkopen gebruik gemaakt van de diensten van Bert van Vulpen. Alle medewerkers zijn aardige, behulpzame mensen. Robin heeft vooral veel voor ons gedaan. Uiteindelijk was dit nog meer dan verwacht toen hij moest invallen voor een andere collega! Wij waren erg blij met hem en zijn vriendelijke en professionele houding. Het verkopen van onze flat ging niet bepaald makkelijk en dan merk je dat je heel blij bent dat het team van Bert van Vulpen achter je staat!
