Contact met makelaar liep goed, Chita van Soest reageerde snel en was ook altijd na "werktijden" bereikbaar. De koper was lastig, daar kon zij goed mee omgaan en kon hem ook duidelijk op z'n rechten en plichten wijzen. Verder kwam zij goed beslagen ten ijs bij het eerste gesprek, in tegenstelling tot anderen, die zelfs de moeite niet namen om te reageren. Ze heeft op eigen initiatief kopers benaderden is pro- actief te werk gegaan. Chita van Soest is absoluut aan te raden als verkopende makelaar.
