For us, brokerage means personal advice. We do this with up-to-date information and advice on all your questions regarding real estate. Listening to your wishes and needs, we are happy to devote our time to that. After a careful inventory, we can record our expertise in a marketing communication plan for, for example, sale, purchase, rental / rental. Of course we also make valuations for all Dutch lenders with a validated NWWI valuation report or business valuation report (PTA-approved).

Originally started in Winschoten and later also located in Veendam and Appingedam, we have grown into a full-service real estate agency. With our regional spread of the branches, we cover the large area of the municipalities of Oldambt, Veendam, Appingedam, Delfzijl, Bellingwedde, Vlagtwedde, Pekela, Menterwolde, Slochteren and Loppersum. Together with our motivated team, we have built up a strong position and analytical expertise in Northeast Groningen over the past 40 years. All our Registered Estate Agents appraisers o.z. are passionate about their profession, have extensive practical experience and a renowned broker training. We zijn zeer tevreden over de geplaatste advertentie, over de voorgestelde vraagprijs, over de stand van zaken gedurende de verkoop en over het uiteindelijk overeengekomen bod van de kopers.

Ik had totaal geen verwachtingen van een makelaar; een eerder deskundig contact, jaren geleden, maakte dat ik contact zocht met deze makelaardij. Het werd een open en eerlijk contact met alle informatie over de verkoop van mijn huis, waarbij de makelaar rekening hield met mijn wensen en duidelijke info gaf over de (on-) mogelijkheden. Zijn deskundigheid en jarenlange ervaring maakte, dat mijn huis voor een topprijs is verkocht

Prima vanaf begin tot einde verkoop woning ging alles goed toppie Michel. Goede afspraken die Michel ook correct na kwam . Zeer goed en bekwaam advies. Heel erg tevreden.

De heer R. van der Ploeg heeft ons op een uiterst plezierige en vakkundige wijze bijgestaan in onze zoektocht naar een nieuwe woning in het prachtige Westerwolde. Zo ging hij mee naar bezichtigingen en voerde hij, namens ons, de biedingen en onderhandelingen. Deze, juridisch onderlegde, makelaar heeft goede kennis van zaken en kent de streek met al zijn sociale en zakelijke netwerken uitstekend. Al snel heeft dat geleid tot de aankoop van ons nieuwe droomhuis. Waarvoor hulde en dank! Truus en Anco.

We hebben het contact met Nieboer makelaars als zeer prettig ervaren. Richard heeft ons uitstekend geholpen bij het aankopen van onze nieuwe woning. Ondanks de gekte op de woningmarkt hield hij het hoofd koel. Met goede kennis van de woningmarkt en ook bouwtechnisch inzicht zijn wij heel goed geholpen en het contact was prettig en persoonlijk. We bevelen Nieboer als aankoopmakelaar van harte aan!
