We hebben wat discussie gehad over de vraagprijs. Die vonden wij, gelet op de prijzen in onze buurt en ons bijzondere huis, aan de lage kant. Uiteindelijk is het huis ruim boven de vraagprijs verkocht, dus wij zij zeer tevreden.

De afstemming en onderlinge communicatie was erg prettig. Enkel de gemaakte funda tekst voldeed niet helemaal aan onze verwachtingen. Verder zijn we enorm goed geholpen en heeft Hans Janssen ons erg fijn door het proces geholpen.
