Buying a house all by yourself can be stressful (we had many doubts) but because Els was so quick to investigate and answer all our queries with patience, we were able to purchase the house of our dream. We got good advice from her during viewing of the houses which made us easy to finalise our home. She made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a wonderful throughout the whole process.

After we had decided to have a viewing, Els quickly arranged it and also went with us. She helped with asking correct questions to the real estate agent of the seller and she checked the house in detail. She had given us a lot of additional information about the house and had advised us on the bidding amount. She is professional, knowledgable, cares about her clients and is clear that she has been in her profession for a long time. We would highly recommend her services.

Availability was very good and I could ask questions and then answers quickly. Very helpful in finding targeted properties to visit. Very good overall.
