We had a great experience working with Roelof throughout our home-buying journey. From the very beginning, he clearly explained the Dutch housing market and the home-buying process, which helped us understand everything with much more confidence. Roelof was always available to answer our questions and responded very quickly. Whenever we found a house, he thoroughly checked it and provided us with clear and accurate information about the property's condition, structure, and valuation. He guided us from start to finish and was always there when we needed his advice. What we especially appreciated was his honest and realistic approach. He gave us a good understanding of the market value of the houses we considered and never encouraged us to keep bidding higher just for the sake of winning. Instead, he helped us make careful and sensible decisions. He also recommended a mortgage adviser who was very helpful throughout the banking and mortgage process. Overall, we are very happy with Roelof's guidance and support. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping his clients. We would definitely recommend Roelof to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent in the Netherlands.
