One of the biggest strengths of Thuis Makelaars is their communication, they set up a dedicated instant communication group chat to personalize and make our communication easy and straightforward and they are really swift with their response which was a pleasant surprise. So very satisfied with the communications and personalized relationship aspect of our engagement with them. At no point did we feel that we can't ask them any questions and they went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and questions.
Given we were new to Zwolle and the Dutch system, they were particularly accommodating and ensured we understood what we were expected to do and why, so we found them to be very reliable and trustworthy.
Given we were in a tight timeline (owing to a pre planned vacation) they really went above and beyond to work with the seller's makelaar to ensure we were able to sign the purchase contract in record time. So we're really grateful for that.
Overall, I can definitely recommend working with Annemarie and Anneli for anyone looking for a solid and reliable makelaar. Not just a team who's good at what they do but offer a very warm and personalized approach to the whole process.
