We met Philip when he showed us around one of his properties and were impressed with the time he took for the viewing, so when we were ready to go with an aankoopmakelaar a few months later we knew he would be the one to go for. He listens to his clients, knows the area well, has good connections with other estate agents, is quick to respond to questions, is realistic and to the point, and importantly, he managed to secure us a good deal.
