Thanks to Forte we were able to sell our home quickly and at a good price; it was an amazing experience working with them. The most positive aspect of this experience for me was the clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. While Jeroen and Lorenzo were our primary points of contact, the entire team at Forte were accessible via telephone, WhatsApp, and email to answer in detail any questions I had. I'm also impressed by the effort they put into the marketing piece, they created beautiful booklets for visitors, prepared a professional Funda listing (which we could review before publication), and organized the open house perfectly. Jeroen arrived early to make sure everything was ready and personally welcomed potential buyers throughout the viewing. What helped us a lot (and we didn't even know we needed) was their dedicated personal service; they guided us through the purchase agreement, handled the negotiations after the technical inspection, coordinated the handover of the property, and even resolved a last-minute complaint from the buyer while we were already on holiday in France. Thanks to their proactive approach, we didn't have to interrupt our vacation or worry about the practical details. Selling our house was stressful, but Forte made the entire process feel well organized and under control, we always felt that they were acting in our best interest and therefore we recommend them without hesitation

De service, snelheid en klantgerichtheid is top! Persoonlijke benadering en communicatie van het team, Jeroen voorop, zorgt ervoor dat je alles uit handen kunt geven en ervan uitgaan dat alle zaken goed geregeld zijn. Dit merkte ik bij de eerste keer aankoop/verkoop en dat was de tweede keer verkoop van mijn woning niet anders. Absolute aanrader in de regio!
