  We had a great experience working with Ilonka (Soeters Makelaardij) throughout the home-buying process. From the very beginning, she was always available and incredibly responsive, which made us feel supported and well-informed at every step. Before we found our new home, she patiently helped us view many properties and offered honest, helpful advice. Eventually, we discovered the home we ended up buying ourselves during an open house, but she jumped in right away and took care of everything with amazing speed and professionalism. She handled the communication not only with us, but also with the seller's agent and everyone involved in the process, always in a very friendly and professional manner. Her ability to stay organized, calm, and clear in her communication made a big difference and helped the entire process go smoothly.
