  Prima begeleiding tijdens het verkoopproces door onze makelaar Riemersma. Hij kent de lokale markt in Maastricht en omgeving goed en communiceert helder zonder onrealistische verwachtingen te scheppen. Prijs-kwaliteit was prima zeker omdat uiteindelijk het hele proces slechts enkele weken geduurd en de woning snel verkocht was.

  We purchased real estate while still in Japan. We are so glad we asked Oscar to help us. First of all, he is very honest. We visited the Netherlands once to view properties, but we didn't decide then, so he went to see many more properties for us and provided us with reports. Since they were used properties, he also provided detailed reports and opinions on things like smells and facilities. We felt he was a very honest person. Secondly, although he has only recently become independent, he used his network from his past as a real estate agent to introduce us to the best notary public. When it came to the transfer, he issued a power of attorney and coordinated with the notary public to help with tax consultations and guided us through to the contract smoothly. Finally, we used their "Premium package" service, and the fees were clear and reassuring. They patiently responded to our detailed requests as Japanese people. Because of all of this, we have now successfully started our new life in the Netherlands. Finding a place to live is really important.   Reageert snel. Van begin tot eind een goede begeleiding. Denkt mee met plannen van de bezichtigingen en na afloop van een kijkdag krijg je een mailtje met een samenvatting. Hoe de dag verlopen was en wat de kijkers er van vonden. Kortom erg prettig om mee te werken.
