  Special thanks to Luuk, our mortgage advisor, as well as Carola, our makelaar, and Thomas. They were all incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Before coming to Zigt Makelaars & Hypotheekadvies, I had spoken with representatives from two Dutch banks, and both informed me that obtaining a mortgage would not be possible because I had not been working in the Netherlands for three years and did not have a permanent or hourly contract (only an on-call contract). However, Luuk guided me through the process and made it possible for us to secure a mortgage. Zigt Makelaars & Hypotheekadvies provided excellent service. Carola always smiling and encourages you to ask questions.
