  I cannot recommend Talha from Seven Makelaardij highly enough! I recently purchased my apartment in Rotterdam, and looking back at the entire journey, I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better buying agent to guide me through such an important milestone. From our very first interactions, Talha demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, knowledge, transparency, and dedication. Purchasing a property is a major financial and personal decision, particularly when navigating the Dutch housing market, but his guidance made the entire experience considerably smoother and more reassuring.   Talha helped us purchase our first home in the Netherlands, guiding us through the process smoothly and transparently, with no unpleasant surprises.   Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over onze aankoopmakelaar! Het contact verliep vanaf het begin tot het einde perfect. Hij was altijd goed bereikbaar, reageerde snel en werkte zeer professioneel. Wat wij vooral waardeerden, is dat hij proactief te werk ging en zelf achter alle betrokken partijen aan ging, in plaats van af te wachten. Hij hield de vaart erin, dacht met ons mee en was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze verwachtingen zijn ruimschoots overtroffen. We voelden ons gedurende het hele aankoopproces goed begeleid en konden met al onze vragen bij hem terecht. Er is niets wat we als negatief hebben ervaren. We zouden hem absoluut aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare, professionele en betrokken aankoopmakelaar!
