  We first spoke near the end of 2024, started our search in February 2025, and bought our home in May. Overall it was a good experience and we're very happy with the result. The process was straightforward. He was also directly in contact with our financial advisor which made things easier. For searching, we got daily email alerts of potential matches. We would then choose the ones we liked to discuss more thoroughly with Melvin. He would then give us advice, handle viewing appointments, and accompanied us during the viewings. When we liked a property, he did some research on the price, double checked with us, and placed an offer. We were especially happy with this. After the offer phase, Melvin scheduled the appointments in the notary and went through the contract and documents with us. We recommend Melvin!

  Melvin is an amazing real state agent and a great advisor. He is definitely the best in Utrecht-Leidsche Rijn and other close areas, he knows the market perfectly and can advise on any operation you may want to undertake: rent, buy or sell. Additionally he always goes the extra mile and supports and guides on additional steps related to the sell or buying process. He has a very strong customer focus, he is very patient with people but very fast executing, so you can complete your operation in record time and always in best market conditions for the area.
