However, we were able to finally get this very nice and well-kept house given Steven's patience, experience and expertise. He initially provided us advise on how to narrow down on our search for the house. Throughout the process, he was very responsive (appreciate the responses even on weekends) and very detailed in providing explanation. He provides a good amount of detail on his findings on the property and how to strategize. He was also able to help me on the processes after the bidding process.
