Being an expat and first time home buyer can be always challenging but if you know someone qualified and friendly then this process can be as smooth as you can think of. Jesper, was a delight to work with. He was very communicative with every step of the process and was always willing to answer and help us in anyway. He was there with us from the start until we found our house. Even if Jesper was on holiday, someone from Wester Makelaars was always there to answer our questions. At the end, I can say that we developed more of a friends relationship rather than a formal broker one :) Would highly recommend !!

Wie op zoek is naar een huis moet absoluut Jesper inschakelen via Wester Makelaars! Doormiddel van een fijn intake gesprek liepen wij enthousiast de deur uit en wisten wij zeker dat wij graag met hem op zoek wilde naar ons droomhuis. We worked with Jesper and would totally recommend him as an agent. Since the initial conversation, he explained everything about the purchasing process to us. After we started the process, he was always there to answer our questions promptly, he proactively engaged with all stakeholders to search for more information about our properties of interest as well as all other professionals in our team (e.g. our financial advisor) to make sure we had all documents in place during the purchase phase of our new house. For most of the visits we made, he came with us and guided us to select what was best for our standards and requirements. We felt in good hands. Honestly, we can't be happier! Not sure how I would have done this without Jesper! His great communication and timeous responses, advise and insights made this journey as smooth as it possibly could have been.
