I can't recommend working with Nicole highly enough. She is a top quality professional. From start to finish she was proactive, responsive, honest, and very reliable. She took the time to really get to know what I was looking for, and identified properties that matched that criteria. She went to every viewing with me, and talked through the pros and cons as we walked through. She also took the time after we viewed a property to do some research and clarify open questions. After a few weeks of working together, we toured a dream apartment in my top tier neighborhood. We got the first viewing slot, and ended up winning the bid because of her expert advice on how to bid. I ended getting the apartment by just a couple thousand over the next highest bidder, and over 10k under the valuation. I never could have imagined it going so well! Without Nicole, I think I'd probably still be looking on the market. But thanks to her, I'm happily in my dream home. For anyone looking to buy a home, I can't recommend Nicole highly enough.
