“First time seller. i needed an estate agent to sell my apartment quickly and was advised by friends to try Boshem Wonen in Bussum. Was met by John and his team in their office. After the firrst negotiations, John and his team set to work to sell my apartment, very organized and was kept up to date with how the sale would proceed. Just after seeing Boshem, a few days later the first appointment was made for the photograper to come round. Tips were given on how everything should look for the photos and videos. Even one of the Boshem employees came round and helped arrange and style everything, very impressed indeed!!. Shortly after the photo session, the next step was a new energy efficient label, a guy came round, did his checks, no hassle there. Finally my apartment was placed on Funda. Looked absolutely great, 40+ photos, and a 3D walk through with all the relavant information for the perspective buyer. Again very impressed. Although the apartment took slightly longer to sell than expected, i can't thank John, Nilda Lisette, Robin and Mirco enough for their input. These people really know what they are doing and made the stresses of selling my apartment a completely non-stressfull event. Boshem Wonen is definitely worhty of a five star rating, very highly recommended!!”
