We strongly advise against using this estate agent based on our experience selling our apartment. Although they initially appeared highly professional and made a strong first impression—sending two agents to the first appointment—we were ultimately disappointed. We chose them despite their higher fees, expecting superior service, but this expectation was not met.
A major issue was the lack of consistency: every viewing was handled by a different agent, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. Communication was reactive rather than proactive. Most notably, they failed to inform us about an offer for four days; we only found out after contacting them ourselves to submit another offer. During one viewing, an agent even made an inappropriate and prejudiced comment to potential buyers, suggesting they likely could not afford the property. Ironically, these buyers ended up purchasing the apartment.
We also received no meaningful support around the open house. We hosted it ourselves, which was expected, but there was no guidance, presence, or follow-up from the agent—no tips, feedback, or check-in. Throughout the process, we felt largely unsupported.
Finally, despite their premium pricing, small but customary gestures—such as a welcome gift for the buyers—were absent, reinforcing the overall impression of poor service.
In summary, the service did not justify the cost. While timing or workload may have played a role, it does not excuse the miscommunication, lack of involvement, and unprofessional behavior. We would not recommend this agency or use them again.
