Bart is the best makelaar you can ask for. I have seen many of them and Bart was suggested by a friend: I was lucky to have him in the process of buying a house. He is very friendly and clear in the communication, suggesting if or not putting an offer on the house with detailed emails. Bart always guess the exact value of the house and he knows what he does. If I will have to sell and buy a new house, I would come back to him. 1000% sure. Choose Bart and you will not regret it!

Ondanks de vakantie van de makelaar was en bleef hij zeer goed bereikbaar. Ook advies en biedingen zijn "gewoon" doorgegaan. In recordtijd is een zeer passende woning gevonden in het vooraf gewenste prijssegment. Zelfs de overbieding paste exact in de vooraf bepaalde ruimte. Om het verder aan te scherpen: poging 2 was raak.
