Chris was extremely helpful in selling my apartment, and in finding and buying a new one! His service was excellent from our first interaction throughout the entire process until today. During our conversations Chris often casually cross-checked responsibilities of other parties (my mortgage advisor, my former VVE, etc.) and several times pointed out issues including advice how to resolve/prevent them! For selling: Chris gave great advice how to prepare the apartment and the paperwork to enable a smooth and rewarding sale. He was flexible and highly reliable for planning & conducting the apartment visits. Within 1 week of placing the funda advert, he secured several very good bids, including the winning one. For buying: Chris was patient to accompany me through the process of finding the right home for me. He made me aware of numerous pros & cons of places that I wouldn't have spotted otherwise. Although this process can be overwhelming in the heated housing market, we found a place which I have felt, and still feel meets my wishes & requirements for a home. Regarding the paper work, Chris was very helpful in translating and explaining the actual meaning of Dutch legal terms.
