We had excellent support from start to finish with our buying agent Robin, and support of Thomas. They guided us through the process at each step ensuring a smooth and stress free result. Some of the most important contributions for us were: 1. Viewing the house together, knowing the questions to ask, being able to spot technical issues and being able to evaluate the quality of the house. 2. Placing an appropriate bid to avoid overbidding, while also giving a strong chance of getting the favoured houses. 3. Support in all additional administration steps, such as rearranging the notary date with a new Notary to an earlier date. 4. Arranging the technical inspection of the house, and communicating with the sellers based on the result. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service we received.
