In general I’m happy with the help from Jos with all other properties we went viewing. He has eyes for details and he offers professional opinions on house value. Unfortunately he was on leave for quite long time due to personal situation during my purchase. Assistance is provided via WhatsApp messages by a consultant from landhuis. When I look back, my house viewing and price negotiation process for my home didn’t receive a lot of advices. I rushed a bit to buy a home which I should not do. All in all a fine experience. Would recommend to do it with Makelaar by your side all the time.
