Het kantoor heeft enorm veel kennis van de stad Utrecht, de wijken en de betrokken partijen. Makelaar John is je steun en toeverlaat tijdens de zoektocht. Je merkt dat hij het allerbeste, passende huis (in de juiste staat en aan de juiste prijs) voor jou wilt zoeken. John heeft een enorme ‘drive’, heeft veel bouwtechnische kennis, kent veel mensen en begeleidt je echt van A tot Z. Ik ben heel blij dat John mij zo goed heeft bijgestaan tijdens de zoektocht een huis in Utrecht.

I was a complete novice not only on the Dutch housing market, but on any housing market. Koning Aankoopmakelaars have been extremely helpful in explaining all the details of the procedure, guiding me through it, providing timely advise, etc. They were always available. I felt that at all times I had an ally on my side who was protecting me from making a bad decision. The scariest part when you're looking for a house is to offer a bid without a finance guarantee. Yet, you sort of have to do it, because, otherwise, your chances of finding a house in the Netherlands go from slim to zero. Koning Aankoopmakelaars have made this part much less scary. From the start, I had their assurance that they would be able to give me reliable advice on the real price of the house, and I won't end up not able to cover the difference between the mortgage amount and the bid. When it came to it, their estimation of the "real value" of the house was exactly the same as the independent house valuation. I am very thankful for their service. I would not be able to purchase a house without their support.
