Via Thomas de aankoopmakelaar zijn we bij Linda terecht gekomen als ons aankoopmakelaar. Als eerste keer kopers (vooral in de huidige woningmarkt) was het nogal een grote stap om in de woningmarkt te stappen dus was haar begeleiding en advies door ons zeer gewaardeerd. Binnen 2 weken 3 bezichtigingen gehad, en het was ook meteen raak. Zij kwam mee bij de bezichtigingen om de staat van de woning zelf ook te beoordelen, en mede door haar kennis van de woningmarkt konden wij een winnend bod uitbrengen mét ontbindende voorwaarden. Maandje later is de koop rond en het klussen kan beginnen. Dus heel veel dank voor Linda en haar team om dit allemaal zo eenvoudig mogelijk en vlot voor ons waar te maken.

Met relevante en specialistische kennis, wordt er geadviseerd over een huis en de regio die bij je past en kan er ook een gericht bod worden uitgegeven. Due to the current competitive market and our requirements, it took some months and 20+ viewings to find the best house which suits our needs. Throughout this period, Jordi and his team were very much supportive and never gave up. They have a wonderful team with a wide level of knowledge in and around Utrecht. They quickly responded to our queries on the private whatsapp group and supported us throughout the process. I highly recommend their service. I personally like to thank Jordi.
