Anita en haar team luisteren goed naar wat je zoekt en helpen je echt te vinden waar je naar zoekt (en durven ook stellig nee te zeggen wanneer iets niet lijkt te passen). Goed advies over ligging en staat van het huis, en onderbouwd advies over biedingen. Ook fijne en doeltreffende hulp wanneer er problemen met de notaris en oplevering zijn. Aanrader!

Het is zo tof te lezen dat jullie precies omschrijven wat we bij onze kennismaking beloofden. We durven ook stellig nee te zeggen wanneer iets niet lijkt te passen. Een goed avies kan ook zijn niet verder te gaan met een huis. Gelukkig vonden we een heel tof huis voor jullie. Doordat het bij verkopers, net voor de levering, niet geheel volgens plan liep hebben we hier ook nog een helpende hand kunnen bieden. Na het schilderen komt nu voor jullie de tijd om te gaan genieten. Heel veel geluk samen, groetjes namens team Pit Makelaars, Anita Fiers.

Pitmakelaars were very professional, they have a very good knowledge about the market. They were very fast to responding any of our request and checking the property which we liked. They also helped with all the paperwork needed to arrange the buying process. The whole process was very smooth. On the other hand, we were an easy customer, we bought the second house we viewed.

Anita heeft ons geweldig geholpen, nadat het ons vele keren niet zelf was gelukt een huis te kopen. Ze zet alles op een rijtje en luistert echt naar wat je als koper nodig hebt. De open houding van Anita maakt het contact fijn en gezellig. Wij zijn erg blij met de deskundigheid en hulp die we van Pit makelaars gekregen hebben!
