Our house was sold in 1 day with an overbid of 10% and was evaluated at the start by Nieuw Makelaar 5% higher than elsewhere. Nieuw! Makelaar really knows the market and will tell you the real value of your house, especially if in Amsterdam West, Zwanenburg, Halfweg and surrounding area. Commission was 1% inclusive of VAT and all costs (professional photography, meetrapport). The house was fully renovated and in a nice location in Amsterdam, but we could not imagine a sale process smoother and faster than this. Follow Raymond's advice, upload diligently all documents on the Move portal, prepare your house for the photos and the visits and you too will sell your house quickly.
