Hiervoor beschikken wij over diverse verkoop- en marketinginstrumenten, waardoor een prijsaanpassing niet altijd direct noodzakelijk is. Het doet ons goed dat jullie onze ondersteuning, deskundigheid en werkwijze zo positief hebben ervaren. Daarnaast is het mooi dat de verbeteringen aan het huis uiteindelijk ook van waarde zijn voor de nieuwe bewoners. Wij zijn jullie bijzonder dankbaar voor het vertrouwen dat jullie al meerdere keren in ons makelaarskantoor hebben gesteld. Het is jammer dat jullie de regio hebben verlaten, waardoor wij jullie in de toekomst waarschijnlijk niet opnieuw van dienst kunnen zijn. We had a look at multiple makelaars and choose Pit Makelaars. Although a bit more expensive than your others, they make up for it. We sold our house at a much higher price than asking in a very chaotic times. Pit Makelaars guided us on how to stage the house so we get more viewings and thereby increasing the probability of more and higher bids. Definitely recommend.
