Kundige en vriendelijke makelaar die ook in wat lastiger verkoop milieu ons bleef steunen. Verbeteringen aan woning zijn uiteindelijk goed geweest voor nieuwe bewoners

Hiervoor beschikken wij over diverse verkoop- en marketinginstrumenten, waardoor een prijsaanpassing niet altijd direct noodzakelijk is. Het doet ons goed dat jullie onze ondersteuning, deskundigheid en werkwijze zo positief hebben ervaren. Daarnaast is het mooi dat de verbeteringen aan het huis uiteindelijk ook van waarde zijn voor de nieuwe bewoners. I would recommend this agent.
We had a look at multiple makelaars and choose Pit Makelaars. Although a bit more expensive than your others, they make up for it. We sold our house at a much higher price than asking in a very chaotic times. Pit Makelaars guided us on how to stage the house so we get more viewings and thereby increasing the probability of more and higher bids. Definitely recommend.
