Erg goed vond ik vlotte verloop van alle processen en de goede en laagdrempelige bereikbaarheid van zowel het kantoor als de makelaars. Uitgebreide terugkoppeling na bezichtigingen, heel fijn. Na het voorlopige koopcontract moest ik veel van de vervolgstappen zelf navragen en aangeven, daar had ik een andere verwachting van. Maar alles werd dan wel weer snel en goed afgehandeld.

Voldoet aan de eisen. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen werken hier.

The agency has excellent knowledge of the local market, and this was clearly one of their strongest points. However, I was less satisfied with the communication and their ability to adapt their service to the specific needs of the client. There were several mistakes and instances of unclear or insufficient communication, which made the process more stressful than necessary. I felt that a more flexible and client-oriented approach, together with better coordination and communication, would have made a significant difference. For these reasons, I decided to use a different estate agent for my subsequent property sales.
