The agency has excellent knowledge of the local market, and this was clearly one of their strongest points. However, I was less satisfied with the communication and their ability to adapt their service to the specific needs of the client. There were several mistakes and instances of unclear or insufficient communication, which made the process more stressful than necessary. I felt that a more flexible and client-oriented approach, together with better coordination and communication, would have made a significant difference. For these reasons, I decided to use a different estate agent for my subsequent property sales.
