Very nice experience with Scholten. We worked with Jasper to find our home. Since the beginning, he has been very clear on everything, explaining how the process works in detail. The communication has always been extremely fast and friendly. And if your agent is not working that week, they have other agents that are prompt to help you. We really suggest this agency if you want a smooth buying process with no problems.
We heard beforehand many crazy stories about the house market (e.g., stressful last-minute re-bids), but with Scholten it's been a very straightforward and rational process, with good timing and no surprises.
Pricing:
They work with a starting fee, to make you committed, but this makes sure that they only work with people who really want to get business done. The pricing is fixed and not based on percentage, and for our budget this meant that the price was aligned (even cheaper) than percentage-based agencies.
Availability:
Jasper was always supporting us via messaging/calling, came to all the viewings and appointments to support us and make sure that we were understanding (e.g., at the notary), plus helped us with checking all the documents (home / VvE / acts to be signed).
